We specialise in on-site training, customised to your requirements. If the "one size fits all" approach of classroom training isn't appropriate for your current situation, then consider one of the options below. We can discuss with you what topics would like to cover and can be much more flexible with our approach. We can use one or more of our course outlines to create a course designed around the needs of your organisation.

The most cost-effective training with a course content suited to all the delegates.

Drop-in Workshop

Part consultancy and part training; the trainer would run a small workshop with up to 4 computers; delegates drop in throughout the day for training or guidance on a pre-arranged topic.

Training Workshops

Whereas courses tend to concentrate on areas of learning that are new to the delegates, workshops develop the delegates' understanding of topics. They are perhaps familiar with the topics at a theoretical level but have not yet reached the depth of knowledge required to put that theory into practice. Workshops are often lively, fun and highly interactive and a small number of topics would be explored in considerable depth.

Floor-walking

A trainer visits staff at their desks to answer queries and give short training sessions to 1 to 3 people.

Half-Day Familiarisation Seminars

Generally used to update staff in new features of programs they already use or to introduce them to up to three short topics that they rarely use but should. This is a very cost effective method of increasing efficiency. There is the added benefit of taking staff away from their desks for a very short time, although this can also be a drawback.
